Ad attitude from consultant

I have never heard such a rude person in my life i am a client and he should assist me but the guy was shouting at me telling me if i dont pay than he will deal with me. i have heard people compalin about client's bad attitude but a consultant giving a client bad attitude is not acceptable. i tried explaining to him that i spoken with consultants also from garnished department, then transfered to surrender volunteer department but he told me he doesnt want to hear anything about who said who. and when even when he called me day before i said i will try get the money but if i cant than i dont know. and the consultants form garnishe and surrender volunteer explained to me how it all works.
Mr Thwala or Twala from Legal Department at the JD Group is very rude and has a bad attitude...
