"Repaired"laptop still has same problem

Purchased a laptop and less than a year took it into the store for repairs, however after 2 months I collected the laptop and upon arrival at home found the machine to still have the same problem for what it was taken in for. Makro after sales service is very unreliable as I have already waited 2 months to get the machine back and now the machine need to be repaired once again as surely I cannot wait another month for this, also inconvenience caused as I now need to go back for a 3rd time to have Makro correct their shoddy after sales service / repairs and thus costing me in fuel and time.
