Don't know if they have stock

I went to the The Grove American Swiss store for a certain product advertised in various magazines and also in the WINTER TRENDS 2013 "The complete look" brochure (which is by-the-way to be found in that very store) First nobody tried to assist me and then, after enquiring, I was told that they don't have the products, don't have stock codes for it and can't find out for me were to get hold of it. When asking what I can do then, I was met with utter silence. So, I suppose that leaves me with driving from store to store until someone is prepared to assist me, or, the better option... I will take my money elsewhere!
