Hi

I bought a lounge suite from House and Home recently and I comeplted two sets of documentation with all of my details including banking details. I signed to have a debit order go off on the 1st of each month. I now get a call saying that I have not made payment on my account and that I should come in to a branch to make a cash payment, which is a huge inconvenience to me. I am very disgusted and disappointed with the service. Should I be listed for this I will be taking legal action;
