I logged a query to [Email Removed] to question a claim amount i was paid out. I was called on 27 May and was advised very rudely that the amount of money I was being paid out was correct. When I questioned the consultant she became abrupt and rude. I got abrupt back and the call was cut, when I called today 28 May I spoke to another consultant, when I started questing the claim again she advised me that the amount i was paid was correct and that bankmed has special systems to work it out on. I wanted the formula and was given one that didn't work out. There was laughing from the consultants line and I asked to speak to a manager. I want an answer as to how consultants can get away with the manner they treat us as customers. I want resolution to my concern of what action will be taken against the consultants. Only the Team Leader Charmaine could provide me with the correct formula. I am disgusted, this is not customer centric and I don't know who is managing or mainting these consultants but the service is appalling.
