Bad attitude by the consultant and the manage

I received a call today from consultant name Ntombi she told me my account is in Arrears for R95.00 she told me to make a payment today, when I said no, I don't have it now I've already made arrangements to pay my account she told me to speak to the manager Gugulethu she was Extremely rude and told me I'll be black listed and I'll pay for all the phone calls.
This is very frustrating and sad that I've already explained my situation and made arrangements to pay my account but now I've been treated this way
I loved shopping at Edcon stores and also the service I received but now because my account is in arrears for R95.00 now they treat me as if I'm a criminal and being shouted at by so called Manager.
I honestly won't advise anyone to open an account at Edcon!!!
