Pharmacy not open at 9. Forced to wait. Ignored by miserable female assistant who then serves a courier who came in after me. Called from one end to another, by another assistant. Then expected to wait further while he puts a R25.00 purchase in a sealed cage, in case I it. Clicks maintain it is there standard operating procedure as they don't trust their customers. Clicks -:Who do you think you are? Complaints dept did not even respond to my complaint.
