Can Foschini staff please learn to smile

What a bad attitude I received from the consultant in Foschini. I'm a usually a jokey person and made a comment on how unhappy she looked. She did not have much to say and didn't so much as give a grin. She then assisted me and threw the receiept at me without saying anything to me. I had to sign it. My sister took it to sign, she then told us we did not complete it in full. This is when I told her that she did not ask me to complete anything. She insisted she and we had an argument. All this while her supervisor stood next to her and said nothing. I was completely in shock. And can't believe such a grumpy person with such a bad attitude was allowed to assist customers. She and whomever the supervisor is need to be addressed and taught how to deal with customers accordingly.
I'm extremeley upset and need this dealt with.
