Epeated pathetic service at this store

On Friday, 6 September 2013, I went Clicks, Gardens Centre in Cape Town. I was part of a long Q taking me almost an hour to be served. When I arrived, I noticed 4 pharmacists or pharmacy assistants tending to customers. Whilst standing in this Q of 8 customers and during peak lunch time trade, I noticed the male pharmacist and a female assistant disappearing for their lunch or end of their shifts. Added to this, the remaining assistants would just disappear for long moments (from a customers' point of view, it just seems incomprehensible) in between helping customers - This appears as if they just totally disregard their customers.
After having spent almost an hour in the Q, I opened the contents of my sealed medication packet and noticed that it was not what I have described for clarity from the assistant. Went back to the Q and raised this with the assistant. I was then suspiciously asked if I paid for the medication which further irated me - as how on earth would I have the contents when it is presented to me in a sealed packet inside a securely sealed box. I was then escorted to the till where I was refund. No- one communicated to me that I would be refunded and why I would
