Last Saturday I made a purchase that I was under charged for. My bank made contact with me the following day to advise of which since the store has made about 15 calls to rectify. I provided requested detail to get this sorted out of which the store could still not accept such payment in the manner that they requested. The cashier then got through to me and the lady stated "what comes around goes around if I do not want to pay for the helmet" I at this stage provided all needed to pay what was outstanding. At no point did I not want to pay of which from the slow service received at the store I cant beleive they undercharged me and now the cashier makes it out that I am at fault even making a comment that it takes a second to do an internet transfer, the rudeness was unacceptable in my book as well as the manner in which this was dealt with, very disappointed in the service and after service as a customer. at the pace the cashier worked just before the store closed she should have been more focused in the first place to have picked this up. This cashier made me so mad and had such a cheek the way she spoke to me I hope your calls are recorder so it can be listened to.
