Pharmacy opens nearly and hour late

On Wednesday 1 May 2013 I went to our local Clicks at Elspark as our domestic worker's granddaughter who stays with us woke up with extreme stomach cramps and nausea. I was deperate to get her some assistance.

I arrived at the Clicks store only to find a queue at the pharmacy inside the shop with some people having being waiting for the pharmacy to open since the Clicks store opened.

At 09:40 the pharmacist walked in and understandably a lot of the customers were upset with her and gave her a talking to. her response was: "I was lost and I wasted petrol". Note that the repsonse was all about her and not about the customers. She then proceeded to ignore our complaints and walked off to the other side of the shop to open the pharmacy. No apology. NOTHING!!!

I phoned the call centre to complain and was assured that a senior manager high up would contact me to discuss this.

to date nobody has called me.

This explains why I travel 10km to my local Dischem for meds rather than 1km to my local Clicks store each month as this is not the only problem I have had with this store.

DISGUSTING.
