I just come from the Clicks Sunnypark Pharmacy and the service there is the WORST in South Africa!

I was standing in a line for more than 30 minutes and then when theperson in front of me calls out sum "Mpumelelo" person, that Mpumelelo helps the guy out. There were two customers before the guy in front of me and then all of a SUDDEN when this guy calls "Mpumelelo" He comes to the rescue.

I think this is preferencial treatment and I am not sure if this is what is going on in Clicks nowadays as everyone was FURIOUS about what happend! This is unacceptable from such a reputable brand like Clicks as I am a loyal customer and go there for anything.

The lady who works there always helps with a smile and she serves us the best she can. I don't know her name but she serves us very well., BUT the opposite can be said about "Mpumelelo"

Please send us a memo beforehand so that we are aware of preferential treatement in the Clicks Sunnypark Pharmacy.
