Unacceptable behaviour/attitude from staff

Wanting to return cosmetics I went to Edgars customer services, I waited a while before being attended to, I was told by Fikile to return the cosmetics at the tellers. I stood in the queue for 20 min (there were only two tellers). Fikile eventually came to the tellers to assist, after there were numerous complaints from other irate customers. I gave her the cosmetics, she said that she cannot return the goods, as they do not stock it. My reply to her was that 'it is not my problem, I've been standing in the queue for 20 min'. I said that she could have advised me of this when I was at customer services. She said "You cannot say that this is not your problem! " I insisted that she call a manager. Vukile Mgenge came and immediately told me what she said regarding the cosmetics. I explained to him that I went to customer services first and that Fikile told me to go to the tellers where I waited 20 min. After a few words were exchanged between us, I asked him to stop arguing with me, because he would give me a heart attack. He told me I was making a scene. Both kept on talking in an African language (which I did not understand). Vukile did not stop arguing. Eventually he gave a credit.
