Follow up on billing/accounts

This is a message i posted on the 4th of june 2013

I closed my account with rage in august of 2012 and it is still not updated with trans-union. I do not owe you people so please fix this s!!! I don't understand why you only update when people owe money but do not bother when the account is paid up. I received a letter to confirm that my account was closed, which doesn't serve any purpose if ITC still has a debt in record!!!

Really annoyed!!!

RAGE SHOES DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS... most of the complaints have not even been replied to yet. CLOSE THE ACCOUNT>>>>>>THANXXX!!!
