I went to Rage Shoes at Kolonade Centre to return damaged shoes, when I got there showed the assistant my problem then she called Joyce the store manager. Joyce told me those shoes were rejects in the first place why should I return them. I asked her if they were rejects why do they sell them and why dont they put a board telling us that if you buy those shoes we must know that they are rejects. She said they cant do that. Then I told her she must refund me because I didn't know they were rejects. She said next time if you buy 4 me rage shoes label you must know that they are rejects, fong kongs you must not return them. Joyce has a bad attitude I dont know who promoted her to this position. Kate from Brooklyn she is lovey, friendly and those not argue with her client s. same as staff at The Grove I just love those guys. Its alwalys a pleasure to shop at their store. But Kolonade its a nightmare even if you just pay your account.
