I'm still in shock

Bought a few things online on Tuesday and they were delivered on Wednesday. I was very impressed with Mr Price and absolutely loved the stuff. But that was short-lived. There I was Thursday wearing my brand new black point pumps to work and the shoes just tore at the bottom. Out of nowhere. I look down and to my surprise they have a huge gaping hole at the bottom and my toe is exposed. Mind you I sit infront of a desk the whole day so I don't understand how these shoes can just break open. So embarrassing, so so disappointing
