I emailed Asics a week ago with regard to my shock of the quality of Asics running shoes I just bought and still no reply. I was running the other day and tripped (not badly) and the front of the shoe tore open. I am a loyal Asics customer and therefore am shocked at the quality of these shoes I purchased in January 2013 (just over a month old). The price of Asics running shoes are not cheap and so I think its only fair to expect decent quality when purchasing these shoes.
