Mr. Price shoes are not made for walking

I bought new shoes at Mr. Price beginning of December, two weeks ago the sole of the shoe broke, so I had to throw them away. I know that Mr. Price shoes are not made for walking, since it happened before with Mr. Price shoes, but never so quick.
Now a new record: I bought new shoes (item 8802811251080) on the 13th of January, and after three times wearing the first layer of the innersole came off. I can still live with that since there is still the rest of the innersole left. But today after wearing the shoes a fourth time, the second layer also came off.
It seems ridicoulous that I need to buy a new pair of shoes every week. But I guess I get what I pay for: low price, no quality.
I tried to send an e-mail to customer care, but the e-mail bounces back "due to security policies". Also a way that ignore customers...
