NO STOCK & NO FEEDBACK

I have logged two complaints on PNP site since the 9th of January and no feedback. I made the decision to do my groceries at the PnP hyper as i expected them to have sufficient stock during the week. No such luck dont know what is going on but there were a number of shelves where the stock was just not avaliable. The sliced cheese - clover cheddar were going green and a number of the cheese stock was no longer vacumn packed. The enterprise sausages i bought were not vacummed packed correctly.
I can understand this happening on a month end weekend or a monday morning when the shops were busy the day before but i dont expect it to happen on a Wed morning. I listed items that were not in stock at the time of the mail but some i can remember were Oros Naartjie, Strawberry pops. Checkers offers a rain chq for items not on shelf and during promotions. The specials advertised but it does not state when it expires. I shop at PnP every week and every month to accumulate my smart shopper points but i am very dissapointed and very frustrated with PnP.
