Bad service or no service should I say

I spent a total of an hour in this store and still came out without my purchase along with 3 other customers
Tills were off line, I was asked to rather return to the store later. Which I did, and then all other tellers where on tea, except one with a long long queue.

After the first visit I approched managment, and was refered to the cosmetics counter, they could not assist me. On the second visit I went looking for the manager, but gave up and left without my garments out of frustration as I could see this was going to take a long time. as there were no free assistants as they were on tea I was told.

I would have paid cash, if I could have just left with the garment. Frustrated at bad service.
