Mac Cosmetics
Always out of stock

I'm a firm believer of MAC cosmetics, however it's such a mission to get the mineralised compact foundation because they are ALWAYS out of stock! Every time I need to purchase another one, they never have stock. I have also complained to the staff in store, however this just falls on deaf ears and clearly they have no understanding of customer service at all. They don't mind if a customer walks over to another counter to purchase cosmetics, because MAC is out of stock! Worst of all, they blame head office and that the stock arrives in batches. It will be much easier to start using another brand/product. Let's see if MAC can make a difference and if they care about their customers.
