Lack of service

Yesterday 02/06/2013 i went to the fossil store in galleria to purchase a bag and purse and due to the lack of service i did not buy purely because i was not greeted as i walked in, i was not offered any help regarding what i was looking for and the sales staff just stood around looking at me with blank looks on their faces and with there cellphones in there hands. this is not the first time i have had this problem at this store. you have lost numerous sales due to the incompetence of your staff
