DON'T BUY ELECTRONICS FROM KALAHARI

Bought a Gobii e-reader from Kalahari about two months back. Switched if off the previous night, put in pouch and when I switched it on the next morning, all the colours ran into each other, could not read. Contact Kalahari. All nice, they will collect the faulty Gobbi. Never been this upset, got an e-mail this morning, the screen was cracked and will not be replaced by them. My word?? What the? The screen was still in tact when I handed the Gobii to the courier, even showed my boss' wife what the Gobii did! Now they claim due to misuse and myself damaging the Gobii they will not repair or replace it and it must be done at my own costs!!! This is complete and utter nonsense! I NEVER damaged this product!! Why would I pay R800, 00 and then damage the product! Money doesn't grow on trees in my garden, so I look after my stuff. I guess Kalahari tries this stunt with everyone who buys faulty electronics!!! The Gobii was either damaged by the courier or by themselves, but I never DAMAGED IT, let it fall or anything, if not in use, I put it in it's soft pouch. I only read in my room before I go to bed at night and then put it safely next to my bed, where no harm can come to it!
