Service ALWAYS terriable

Im starting to think im a sucker for punishment! 99% of the time i go into edgars claremont its the same thing terriable service. I went in there on Thursday to exchange and make a payment. I went to the ladies service point and the two cashiers where having a convasation about what sounded like "skinner" to make matters worst a lady that looked like a supervisor or manager was in on the convosation, and i the poor customer was standing and waiting to be attended. I then walked away cleary angry was given a "whats your problem look" with no can i help you etc. At customer service it wasnt a breeze either. 2 people on taking there own time while 3 other edgars staff watch. I would give you names but nobody was wearing a name badge. When i asked for the store manager down stairs i was asked why before i was given the option of the floor manager who is still comming. At cosmectics where they busy with alterations and no signage there was a tea party with what looked like 80% of the cosmetic ladys. I wanted help but cleary ii wasnt the type of clienttele for them. I work in service and i know what is expected and what is not. Question is does Edgars know?
