Bad Attutude

I went to Burchmores on 31/05/2013 to get my car evaluated as I am planning to sell it. The stinking attidute I got from the guy (Eric) who was supposed to help me with the car evaluation made me want to turn away from the door.
First, he asks me at the gate while im signing in "HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT"? And I jokingly say R500 000. And he says to me " you can go sell your car in the streets". He then with the same attidute asks me to park the car, and I parked were I saw a parking space, again with a stinking attitude he screams at me saying "I DID NOT ASK YOU TO PARK THERE, I ASKED YOU TO PARK HERE", pointing at some other parking. I do not appretiate having someone address like he did. The man has 0% customer skills and knows nothing about cutomer service. He is very unprofessional and I would really urge Burchmores to take their employees to training on how they should treat their customers. Its dissapointing deal with someone like that in such a big industry. Its not my problem he hates his job, there are too many carees out there for people who have a problem facing customers!!!
