6 Weeks to regas Waeco Camping Fridge no feedback

We sent in our Waeco Camping Fridge to be fixed in April 2013, we were advised that it just needed more gas and that upon payment of their quote they would send it up to jo'burg to be sorted out. Payment was made and we followed up with Monique from Moresport who advised us that the Fridge was still sitting with Outdoor Warehouse in Springfield park, we then phoned Outdoorware house and they said that Moresport had it, up until last week that was the ongoing story from her. Today I phone them and get told they finally have the fridge, however are still working on it and cannot advise when we will have it back, come on this is shocking service, the amount of phone calls we have made and still we are sitting without our Fridge. Will somebody of senior management please get involved so we can sort this problem out. I am tired of dealing with Micky Mouse staff that don't know what is going on.
