Cash Payment made at store on the 28/06/2012

I laid a query on the 25/06/2013 for my personal loan cash payment i made last year 28/06/2012 with Russells furnisher that was not showing on my statement they where sending each month.
I was asked to send them proof of payment which is the receipt i received when i made a cash payment @ Malelane brunch. Then a notification of my email receive was send to me and there after i've received numerous emails from Russells when one consultant transfer my query to the other but still today there's no one has come back to me and tell me where is my R1000.00 cash payment.
Its more than two months now still no reply from Russeels and when I'm calling their call centre they will direct you to a wrong person and end up running out of credit on your phone.
