TV NEVER works!!!

I bought a Samsung 3d LED TV (ModelUA46ES6200RXXA Serial: LF3W38RC600954F PURCHASE DATE 27/07/2012) from Makro in Silverlakes and have had to so far take the TV in for repairs twice already with the same problem!!! This is not only time consuming but also quite annoying as I each time then have to disconnect and reconnect the thing!
I am now sitting with the SAME problem where the damned thing DOES not want to work with the SAME problem!!!
I do not expect to spend R13000 on a tv only to have to spend this much time and petrol running around having it temporarily fixed!!!
Now I am being told that I have to take it in again to have it "fixed"!!!? Please either give me my money back so I can get a product that WORKS! or give me a product that WORKS!
I have the invoice from the repairers who the last time around told me there is nothing wrong with the tv only for me to be sitting with the same issue having to dismount the thing AGAIN!
