Faulty TV set and you STILL want to keep fixing it

This is now the second time I am complaining about the same TV set that has caused me too much trouble.
I bought this Samsung TV from Makro in Sileverlakes Pretoria for over R13000 thinking I am buying a reputable brand that will last me a while. Within the first year of having this TV I have now had to send it in for repairs 4 times! and now when I ask to be credited for this OBVIOUSLY faulty unit, I am told that the places that the TV was sent for repairs (NOT BY ME BUT BY THEM!) did not state the reason for the faults and that because of this I have to AGAIN be without a TV while they TRY and fix it only for the thing to break again!!!?
If there was not fault with my TV I certainly would not be complaining and wasting my time, petrol and effort trying to get this resolved.
So far I have had to deal with Makro, user electronics AND now Samsung directly all because I made the mistake of trusting the Samsung brand!?
All I want is to be credited for this faulty TV - I dont want it fixed, you have tried and it keeps breaking!!!

Please can SOMEBODY simply credit me so I can move on!
