Cheap airline pathetic planes

Stuck on 30th jan for 3:30 at King Shaka airport waiting on flight to OR Thambo. No mention of delay when I booked my flight, mango oh to happy to take my money. Contract was for flight departing at 2:05pm and flight not yet left at 3:50pm!!! I missed vital meeting and caused person meeting In my second appointment to have to change flight on trip to Spain at cost of UsD$965 ad no recourse from mango. Called mango customer care and insult any wouldn't put me through to manager. Disgusting!!! Had similar situation three weeks ago on kulula into Lanseria and was reimburses with travel wallet valued at R5, 500 and couldn't even speak to mango manager at customer complaints!!! DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS ON MANGO - should have recourse for breach of contract all other flights and planes took of and landed fine - inferior planes from inferior airline SAA obviously has all the perks charging astronomical prices compared to mango. Kulula and BA not much more cost and a world apart difference in customer service and support. BOOO MANGO
