NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

For the last year or so I've been a regular at P'N P Hyper, Ottery as I work in the area and it's basically the only "shop" here. Apart from the fact that I'm usually disappointed with the level of customer service at this store and usually just walk away without saying anything, however yesterday was particularly BAD! While I understand customers do put non promo goods in promo bins I was disgusted with the way one of the supervisor, Yoland (not sure of spelling) handled the matter. After the cashier called her we waited while she finished her conversation, came up to me without so much as a hello and had such a BAD ATTITUDE, AS IF SHE WAS DOING ME A FAVOUR DOING HER JOB!!! The cashier Kauther (not sure of the spelling) as well as the gentleman packing for her were visibly uncomfortable with the way their "SUPERVISOR" was dealing with the situation and apologised for the inconvenience and was very understanding and friendly throughout. I understand everyone has a bad day now and then but overall the customer service at P'N P Hyper, Ottery is NON EXISTENT from the management team! I would however like to thank Kauther for her help and level of service.
