As you can see to my title, that's the type of service customer receive from PnP. My worst experience: I went to PnP hyper on Sunday 07 April to purchase a few goods. From one of the items I purchased the bar code on the shelf indicate R8.99 (this was the only bar code and price listed on the shelf). I proceed to the check out and the price differed. The supervisor SARAH was called with a stinking attitude, she did not greet and started to speak to the staff as if if was not there. I asked her what the scan right policy indicates in this matter when she started to speak to me in a condescending way, which I did not like. To keep it short the family have decided to boycote PnP. I now refuse to buy at any PnP, I would rather pay a little extra for better service. This is not the first time I receive inferior service from PnP management its disgusting to say where they come up with the slogan ''inspired by you'' when clearly they not concern by the customer at all. I have taken my shopping to Checkers hyper which is just 100 meters away from the hyper, for years of shopping at PnP I am so disgusted by the service...
