Monies still not paid back

On thursday (28/02/2013) i went to ottery hyper and paid for my goods via debit order. i received an sms saying the monies went off but the machine on their side said declined. i then swiped again cause the supervisor said i should and the money then went off twice. the supervisor at the store assured me it will be in 24 hours later. no monies was reversed into my account 24hours later and this caused me to miss my med aid payment. i went saturday ans was told i need to bring a bank statement asif it was my fault. i got the stament and showed them it went off twice. i called today and was told again to bring bank statement. this people dont even care that it was my last monies. what if i had no other way of surviving. they had the proof but still i have to wait. its pathetic it was not my fault that this happend. i always do all my shopping at that store but i honestly am so upset cause now i suffer fro their error.
