Business Management is not always about managers managing the company but also about the way the staff treat the customers, i just went in to MTN Fourways Crossing and i was just looking for a moderm (i went looking for it from another supplier and one of the staff members gave me that bad attitude i just took the pumphlet and decided to leave the store as soon as possible) but on my way i decided to walk to MTN wow!!! the warm welcome from a Trainee and i asked her the same question with in 3 minutes i was walking out of the store with a very good idea of what i need and i will surely go back to MTN to purchase the moderm as soon as i am done with my computer purchase thanks to the trainee (Katlego) i think his name is and you will get more customers to MTN due to the high level of service you render to the customers. i will give you a 10 out of 10 tjoooo
