I visited your mayfair store on Sunday 03 Nov 2013 to purchase a few items. I usually receive good service from u guys (when the store is empty), but on that particular day, I waited there for over 30 mins without being assisted. Initially when I entered the store, I enquired with one of the staff members, he told me to wait 5 minutes, he was busy with another customer. He never got back to me. He took literally 15-20 mins itself, to fetch a set of rims for the previous customer. Eventually I left your store, without purchasing anything as I had witnessed other customers who arrived AFTER me being served before me, how does that work??? Other customers were also complaining about not being attented to while in the store as well. You guys need to have a better approach to this situation, when the store is literally packed and busy, how do you guys measure first come first served? As it seems, whoever grabs the sales person's attention or becomes arrogant, that's the only way a customer will get quick and efficient service. This is the EXACT same reason why some institutions like Nedbank have implemented a numbering system for all clients who visit the branch. It ensures fairness.
