Bad attitude

YEsterday while at the shop, we were looking for lipstick and were trying a few different brands. So we are rushing through a whole lot and when you've been through a few you stop checking for the tester sign coz all of them are opened and the ones on sale are always sealed. So I pick up this lipgloss and try it out without realising its not a tester, there are no testers for it. This lady at the cosmetics dept comes saying this lipgloss is not a tester I must pay for it. With shock i respond saying I didnt know that i just assumed since it opens it was a tester. She then tells me to my face I did this on purpose and I should pay, causing a scene and calling security.
I didnt mind paying for the thing R30 reaally but to cause a scene and tell me I did this on purpose made me very angry. I will never visit tht branch again. And my thinking is, why watch me apply it instead of warning me no its not a tester. Clicks should also do its due deligence in sealing the lipgloss, cause yes it didnt have a tester sticker on but for many brands I have look at the stuff on sale is properly sealed, or even put a sicker over the lid so that it doesnt open.
