Who it may concern
I'm very sorry to say that I made a very big mistake to visit the Clicks store in Waterfront Bloemfontein. It was /- 13h30 yesterday 06/05/2013 the lady at the cosmetic department was very rude and disrespectful. I was looking at the mascara's obviously opening to see the brush but not touching, because it is very unhygienic. I worked for Victoria Jackson Cosmetics for several years and I know you can't test cosmetics even if there were a tester I would never use it because of the hygiene. As I took the one product & walking away (product closed) reading the back of the product and seeing that it is waterproof I decided not to take it turned around while touching my face the next moment the cosmetic lady accuses me of damaging the product and using it on my hand we argued and she went to the back of the shop. I did go to the manager after calling her three times over the intercom and not showing I walked out when the manager very rude said that I've got some to hide I mean really. I'm so discussed towards Clicks I will never set foot in a Clicks Store again. I've never in my life seen such behaviour towards I customer where I come from this will never be all
