Unhelpful and ignorant

Chanel counter sales assistant was too busy painting the face of her colleague to assist me with my lipstick query. The only response i eventually got was a rude 'we're out of stock'. And as I walked away, the colleague still had the nerve to say 'check that she hasn't taken the tester'. This is unacceptable. I as the customer do not deserve such unwarranted treatment. Additionally if no stock is available, then no testers should be on display.
