Went and spend some money today for the x10 promotion on thanku cards.

Noticed that my thanku points were not allocated according to my printed receipt, although I gave my card to Grace at the cosmetic counter to swipe. When I phoned the branch and explained this THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE THREE DAYS TO SHOW... what??? Do you print it with some secret invisible ink that would only magically and amazingly "appear" on my printed receipt???

So I had to tell HER about her job and how this points thing work...

Then got cut off. Then got transferred to spoke Mary who didn't know why I'm phoning so for the THIRD time I explained again. Then she rudely said I must hold on because she is busy with a customer... poor customer. Hope they don't have to phone in for after sales service like me.

Edgars. I am disappointed. I could have supported someone else but went out of my way to go to your store. Won't do that again. Fochini here I come!
