CTM refuse me access to store

Arrived at your montague gardens branch at 15:58 according to my watch. Your doors were already closed. At 16:01, i asked Vusi, the sales person, if i could come in and get the reference number of a particular tile, in order for me to pass the information on to my builder. I explained that i knew exactly what i wanted and was not going to be "shopping"

Vusi informed me that he would need to speak to the manager. Upon his return, he informed me that the manager had refused my request to be let into the store.

I am in the process of renovating my house and i had seleced all the required tiles, all to be purchased from CTM, with the exception for the one that i required the reference.

I actually still cannot believe i was refused entry and turned away, even AFTER i told the salesperson that i would be making my purchases from CTM.

i will be taking my business elswhere, as it seems your staff see customers as more of an inconvenience.
