Did not get my 30000 ThankU Points

I gave them my redemption code for 30000 points from the Mcdonalds competition last year and they photocopied the code and my card and took down my details and wanted to keep the sticker with the code.

They promised that I will get the R30 in points in a week, but still havent even received it and its been like 3 months now.
