RECEIVED AN SMS FROM EDGARS

I received an sms from edgars that i have thank U points that expire on 31 october 2013, i should come to the store and spend my points. i went the yesterday 16.10.2013 to spend my points they told me i dont have nothing on accounts (cash card) and ask about the sms i received they said they dont know that is not so professional from edgars i wasted my money to go to edgars and my time thinking that i m going to clothes, i took the clothes right at the till i was told told my card has a minus, what an embarassment in front of other people, i look like a stupid. Really this is a very low fro such big company to be playing with our emotions its not on.
