Sold me second hand t.v

Bought a lcd t.v which lasted me 7 months, took it back to the shop for repairs and was promised to be contacted for feedback on when I will collect my t.v and no body called me for two weeks.then I called the shop and was told to come and get a new1, went there it was in a used old box and took it without a problem only to find out when I got home the t.v had scratches I was'nt new, I said ok let use it because I pay a lot of money just to get there but the t.v only lasted 3 days and I took it there again.this time I was promised by the manager to be contacted personaly by him of wich he never did and its been 5 days now still no feedback and my consumer rights have been seriously abused... worse service ever!
