BAD SERVICE AND THEY TO PEOPLE

I bought a LCD Hisense TV at OK sore in May 2013, opened a contract with them but later after four months I payed the TV in full, so I no longer owed them. In November 2013 the TV just shut and did not want switch so I took the TV back on the 9th November2013 to OK Furniture for repairs because it was still under warrenty. Then 2 weeks past with no feedback from them on details on my TV, I went there to ask them and they said to me that their head-office is no answering their calls or emails. So I asked them to give the numbers/emails for their head or repairs centre. I called Hisense repair and asked about my TV, they said there nothing on their system that specific TV I have is booked in for repair with them. So I went back to OK and only then I realised that my TV was never booked in for repairs and it is still at their warehouse here in Bethlehem. Even when I went to the shop their regional manager was there, he did not help us at all, he was shouting at us and promised to chase out of the shop because I was fighting my rights as a customer. They do not how speak clients and they that they are wrong. And then I was promised a new TV but I still have not received it yet. Please help
