TERRIBLE SERVICE

Bergens repaired my dishwasher in Oct 2013, charged me R1365-90 and it lasted for only 10 days. It went back and then lasted for just over 2 months. It again went back and when i got it back yetserday, the fault was still not rectified. If someone cannot get it right after 3 times, then they clearly do not have the means to and i demand my money back so that i can get someone else to repair it.
Twice i have asked the owner to contact me to explain why the problem repeats itself and what can be done but clearly i was not important enough to be called.
