Manager's bad attitude & pricing dispute

We were at reduced price department some of the items were not priced yet we
were interested in purchasing 3 Bushbaby Camp Chairs that were available and
we asked the Assistant Manager in charge for the price and he said is R60 each
then we took them, we waited for him to go collect the price tags in his office
as they cannot be scanned. He then came back with tags and a Manager called
Joel. He started shouting that the chairs cannot be R60 then he send his staff
to go check the original price which was R300.00 we asked him how much is it
now, he could not give us the price as he said he still needs to decide even
when we told him that we have been waiting for his assistance manager for
about an hour to give us the R60.00 price tags. We started arguing and he
said it is his shop he can do as he pleases with his stock and then said the
assistance manager is a trainee yet he had a name tag written Assistant
Manager with his name on it. As a result on us coming to a conclusion he said
the chairs are no longer available for purchase, before we left he said we can
take whatever action we want we won't succeed. As a Manager he displayed an
arrogant attitude towards us therefore we left
