Since so many people are readily willing to voice their complaints and forget to do the same when they receive good service, I wanted to express my gratitude to Citymob. I ordered a T-shirt from them at 3PM and at 6PM on the same day, I received an SMS saying that my order had been dispatched. It reached me at about 1PM the very next day. They have an outstanding product range and now, have made great improvements to their service delivery systems and that's what counts. Will definitely be shopping there again! Thumbs up Citymob!
