WORST EVER!!!

WORST EVER!!! Bought a KingSize bed from H&H Silverlakes (PTA East Branch)... 5 days later I received a call saying they will "most likely" deliver the bed today 23/05. Waited the ENTIRE day - nothing! Called the branch Manager (Mr. Liam Pienaar) @ 14h30 today only to be sold "sorry, this is a "SPECIAL" order" can take 3 - 6 weeks!!!??? For a BED! Then he admitted the sales consultant is still training and she did not know it will take so long?! So why did she phone me yesterday and made me wait an ENTIRE DAY for nothing? Then on top of it all he tells me that he is going to discipline her because she phoned me and told me the bed will be here today... He apologised because HE IS STILL TRAINING HER!!! again??? How can you let a consultant help someone if they do not know what the they are doing!!! AND WHY DOES IT TAKE 3 - 6 WEEKS FOR A SIMPLE BED TO BE DELIVERED!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! YOU SHOULD PUT SIGNS STATING THIS!!! IM CERTAIN YOU WON'T GET MANY SALES!!! So then he phones me back to say sorry, earliest he can get the bed to us is 6 June!!! (3 weeks later)... UNACCEPTABLE!!!
