What does it take to get 2 chairs delivered to EL?

On 10 Dec, I bought six dining chairs from House&Home, Hemingways, East London. There were 4 in stock. I was told that the other 2 would be ordered & would take between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive. It has now been 8 weeks and my chairs still aren't here. The service I received from the sales consultant, and the EL branch manager, has been excellent. They've been in constant contact, keeping me updated. It seems, however, that those responsible for the shipping of the chairs are seriously incompetent or dishonest or both. Each week my sales consultant is told a different story: the chairs "will be loaded on the next truck" / "are being loaded right now" / "are on the truck, en route". I understand that it is out of the hands of the EL staff (which is a pity - they would do a far better job than is currently being done), but that they have to rely on the people handling the supply & distribution of stock. On 10 Dec, there was no shortage of my chairs nationally. What does it take to get 2 of them delivered to EL? I have paid for them & I want them NOW not next week. They should be couriered overnight & delivered free-of-charge to my door. H&H owes its EL branch, and me, an apology.
