On 20 February 2013, 360l Defy Fridge and Entertainment Unit ordered and paying for monthly. 250l fridge and broken entertainment unit delivered. Several phone calls to delivery people (Sabelo and Happy) - very rude! Still no exchange of fridge nor replaced entertainment unit. No response from ANYONE! It is now end of May!!
